Normalnotirna parna gorska tovorna
lokomotiva JŽ 28-006 na železniški postaji v Divači.
Dolžina: 17,3 m, tlak pare: 14 bar,
masa: 110 t, moč: 700 kW, premer pogonskih koles: 1259 mm, max. hitrost: 50
km/h. Leta 1922 jo je izdelala tovarna G. Sig. Wiener Neustadt pod tov. št.
5740.
Bile so zelo uporabne in so obratovale vse do ukinitve parne vleke v Sloveniji
leta 1978.
petimi vezanimi osmi. Izdelanih je bilo 160 lokomotiv v letu 1915 in 421
lokomotiv dvojnega tipa v letu 1918.
vse lokomotive serije 07 in 12 lokomotiv serije 28.
15 let.
Normal gauge steam mountain freight
locomotive JŽ 28-006 at the train station in Divača, Slovenia.
Length: 17.3 m, steam pressure: 14
bar, mass: 110 t, power: 700 kW, diameter of driven wheels: 1259 mm, max.
speed: 50 km/h Produced by G. Sig. Wiener Neustadt in 1922, serial nr. 5740.
Series 28 locomotives drove on the
railways between Maribor and Postojna, Jesenice and Zagreb, and on the Bohinj
and Pulj lines after WWII.
Worth the notice:
The predecessor of the series 28,
the series JŽ 135 (KKSTB 180) was the first locomotive in the world with five
coupled axles. In 1915 there were 160 of them made. In 1918 there were 421
locomotives of the double type made. After the monarchy declined, 21 locomotives
of this series were entitled to our country. In 1925 all the locomotives of the
series 07 and 12 locomotives of the series 28 were moved to Croatia.
In 1920 fourteen additional
locomotives of this series were bought, 10 were used in Croatia, and 4 in
Slovenia. Locomotives of this purchase were given the name SHS 540. After WWII
the number of locomotives rose to 66.
The 28-029 locomotive was shot
through 32 times during WWII. As you can see, it survived the war and remained
unaltered. Its exact oposite are the locomotives 28-006 located in Divača, and
28-053, which was altered in the past and changed its looks into a vague
resemblance of the series 135. Later it was changed back into its original
looks and borrowed to Knittenfeld, Austria, for no less than 15 years.
